Originally built in 1884 for James T. Shuptrine, one of the oldest and most well-known druggists of the state of Georgia, this historic townhome has been updated for modern living while keeping many of the historic details. KON converted this 2000 square foot property into a short term vacation rental with three bedrooms and two full baths and a back courtyard and pool in the heart of the Historic Victorian District. The patina of the original hardwood floors, the aesthetic of the original fireplaces mixed with the high ceilings and large windows lends an air of intimacy without making the space feel cramped.

Originally built in 1900, this 2,178 square foot solid bright Victorian just two blocks from Forsyth Park was extended and converted from a single family home into a vacation rental by KON Construction. This home is a lovely three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom featuring clean, classic floor-plan, refinished hardwood floors, high ceilings, transoms with a huge fenced in backyard, hot tub and off-street parking. Many modern amenities with classic touches and original details throughout including four decorative fireplaces and elegant, grand banister. The open parlors on the first floor create a wonderful flow between living room, and kitchen/dining area.

Located in the heart of downtown, the Frederick Selleck House circa 1823, noted by the Historic Savannah Foundation as “in the style of Davenport, the builder”, is a rare masterpiece. KON converted this residential home into a 10 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom vacation rental property, while keeping the original interior details intact. With tall arched doorways and wooden accents, this home is filled with historic elements and all the modern amenities.
